RETURN POLICY:

Money back guarantee We offer a fourteen (14) day money back guarantee. You may return any item within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be in its original packaging, condition, and with all instruction manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories. Depending upon the condition of the returned item, returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All sales are final on projection televisions and custom accessories. All Return where your credit card is charged and Refund are subject to a 5% Processing Fee.**

Defective Merchandise: Should your product become defective within the first thirty (14) days we will exchange that unit.

Order Cancellation : On all Special Order items there will be a 15% order cancellation fee.

Warranty: After 14 days of purchase, manufacturer warranty applies.
